Aidan Dockery came to visit.

Aidan Dockery from Heritage Ireland came to visit our school. We enjoyed his visit and learned lots of new and exciting facts about World War 1, The Titanic and the leaders of the 1916 Rising. The pictures above are of the belt and two watches worn by Aidan's Uncle who died fighting in World War 1. He was wearing the belt when he was shot, and you can see the bullet holes in it. The stone in the 3rd picture was taken from the remnants of the home of Thomas Clarke's father in Carrigallen.
Well done Ben, Brandon, Darragh and Niamh!

Ben, Brandon, Darragh and Niamh were part of the Kildallan U8 team who recently won the Pat Sheridan Memorial Trophy at a football blitz in Drumlane. Well done to everyone involved;- it was a great achievement and one we are all very proud of.
Fionan took his incubator to school, and we watched some chickens hatch!

We learned to dance "The Siege of Ennis" in 3rd,4th,5th and 6th Class!
